BlackHole Decisions was developed from over 25 years of experience in the Process Improvement field in Aviation and other heavily regulated general public safety sectors. Businesses historically have focused their efforts on improving the performance of the business in both manufacturing and service. The improvements often resulted in some form of cheapening of the regulatory and job performance capabilities.
The influx of technology via emails, texts, and a heavy reliance on the Web to manage day-to-day operations, and in some cases major strategic efforts create communication that is limiting and can be interpreted in different ways by different employees. Miscommunication and increased risks with differing expectations are often the results.
BlackHole Decisions focuses on a 3-channel system to focus on valued business decisions as well as the other considerations related to established law and function. Successful decisions are made and provide a higher success rate and greater risk mitigation plan.

Randy Soutiere
Founder
Randy holds an MBA in Organization Change Leadership and is certified in several areas of Manufacturing and Service Process Improvement. These areas include Facilitation, Coaching, Process Design, Process Improvement, and Lean. Randy’s exposure to Process Improvement covers several industries including Aviation, Utility Vehicles, Agriculture Equipment, Food, and Emergency Medical/Fire Service. His exposure to a broad range of technicians and support staff fosters strong team-building and information exchange that properly identifies a “Current-State” and easily transitions to the desired “Future-State” of business decisions.
Randy creates sustainable processes, and workflows that can continue to function years after its induction, not only in the manufacturing sector but also within civic, charitable, and fraternal organizations.
